We make no warranty that any recipe will produce a specific result in your specific kitchen, with your specific equipment and ingredients. We do our best. We cannot guarantee your modak will be perfect. No recipe site can.
Important — please read carefully. Modak and modak recipes contain ingredients including sugar (jaggery), coconut (tree nut), ghee (dairy), rice flour, various nuts (cashew, almond), and other potential allergens depending on the recipe.

ModakWorld accepts no responsibility for any adverse health outcomes resulting from consumption of recipes featured on this site. All dietary and medical decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.
ModakWorld may offer paid products or subscriptions including the Modak Club membership, digital recipe collections, or other digital content ("Products").
All purchases of digital Products from ModakWorld are final and non-refundable. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds except in the specific circumstances described in Section 5.2 below.
If a Product you have paid for is not delivered — meaning you have completed payment but have not received access to the digital content — or if there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing a Product you have purchased, contact us immediately at hello@modakworld.com.
We will resolve non-delivery issues within 5 business days by either delivering the Product or, if delivery is not possible, issuing a full refund. This is our commitment to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ModakWorld's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid to ModakWorld in your most recent transaction — that is, the amount of your last payment to us, which is the maximum we can be liable for regardless of the nature of the claim.
ModakWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content on ModakWorld — recipes, text, photographs, illustrations, design, and code — is the intellectual property of ModakWorld or its licensors.
